Middle School

6th to 9th grade

At this stage, students begin to explore their ideas with greater autonomy and awareness. Education 4.0 encourages creative thinking, problem solving, and collaborative work, preparing them to take on responsibilities and develop projects that connect theory and practice.

Middle School becomes a space for experimentation and the development of 21st-century skills, essential for building solid and transformative life projects.

FAQ

Is the focus only on vestibular and ENEM exams?

No. Our goal is to develop global citizens prepared for any future path. The curriculum includes academic and socio-emotional competencies and interdisciplinary projects that go far beyond exam preparation.

What pedagogical model is adopted in High School?

Our curriculum includes a bilingual approach, project-based learning (PBL), the use of educational technology, and a focus on the student's holistic development — cognitively, emotionally, and socially.

My child doesn’t speak English — how will they adapt?

Even without speaking English at the start, your child will be welcomed, supported, and encouraged to communicate gradually. Bilingual immersion allows the child to build vocabulary step by step, without pressure, until they feel confident speaking.

Are there exchange programs and international experiences?

Yes. The Summer Program is an exclusive international experience for students in 9th grade and the 3rd year of High School offered through Mahina Tour. It is a pedagogical course abroad with academic, cultural, and immersion activities. Our students have access to special conditions and exclusive discounts to participate, expanding their opportunities for global experience and curricular enrichment.

Message from the General Coordinator

Stefanie Arrudas

A Colleman The World School believes in an education that prepares students for the world. Through active methodology and the strategic use of technology, students learn in a participatory way, developing autonomy, critical thinking, and fluency in a second language.

Here, teaching goes beyond content: it is about shaping global citizens who are prepared for the challenges of the present and the opportunities of the future.

“Education transforms lives, bilingualism broadens horizons, and technology connects the present to the future.”
